Reached out by a recruiter. Did a phone screening then was scheduled a video interview soon after. Interview with the hiring managers were pretty easy going. Standard questions. Pretty much knew I didn't get the position because they didn't ask to much about experiences etc. Mainly what they do as a company. A few days later, received an email for recruiter asking when I would be available to talk (about how the interview went and what's next). Told the recruiter my availability, then a phone call was scheduled in a few days. Phone call was to tell me I didn't get the job... This could've been in a simple email. I had to go on my break during this very not necessary phone call.

Question 1
Previous position that was similar to the one you're applying to.
Great interview process. They only required one and then they called back within a week to let me know the outcome. Great communication and insight on how the interview went.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at R2 Logistics (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2021
Interview
Very quick, makes you feel as if they don't care if you walk out next day. They see you as a piece of cannon fodder and don't expect you to stay long due to hours and wages.
