Initial and final interview just done through phonecalls. Very friendly and accommodating interviewers. It was a smooth and pleasant process getting a job here based on my experience at least, despite all the online posts and comments saying otherwise.

How many years have you been a customer Service rep?
Someone firm India called - but in person was at job site I also had a virtual interview it was not long but standard questions. Smooth process overall I would recommend
It was okay and efficient. They were particular about not using honorifics like 'sir'. It was alright very standard interview and not daunting at all. You just have to have really good english to impress them

Interview
This was a reschedule of an interview, and they wanted to reschedule an interview for a third time on the same day of the interview. I felt like it showed disorganization and disrespect for my time.
