standard interview process - First round - online application, phone screen interview with the recruiter. Second round - On-camera interview with the Marketing director. Final round - panel interview with the Internal Communications Program Manager and an Internal Comms Specialist from the team. The interviewers were all very nice and welcoming. They all liked my answers and said I had great experience. It was my surprise to find out that I was not selected for the role and they decided to go with someone with more years of experience, especially since my years of experience were made clear from my resume and the screener interview.
