I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at R1 RCM (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2011
Interview
I was referred by a personal and professional friend was also a Physician Advisor. I contacted the HR department, was mailed an application packet which I completed and submitted, and then was scheduled for an interview date where I had 1:1 face-to face interviews with 3 persons including the medical director. This interview process on that date took 2-3 hours, covered my medical credentials and certifications, whether I could contribute in a team-based environment, and whether I was comfortable with medical records and varieties of electronic medical record systems.

Question 1
I don't recall any unexpected or difficult questions. I felt comfortable with all of them, they all were directly related to the job expectations, and I felt confident I could meet those expectations.
Multiple Rounds. Very Friendly . Not in person interview, Microsoft teams. Seemed like they were still trying to figure out the work hours truly needed. Overall, it seemed like good people working there.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at R1 RCM (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2021
Interview
Applied online. Emailed by recruiter to set up initial call.
Then several other calls with team members and the manager. Notified via email by recruiter of decision at end of timeline to hear back that they gave.

Interview
Extremely unprofessional corporate style. Three interviews but no human being ever called as professional courtesy or a word of thanks. Look up the company stock ACHI used to be close to $30 now $2 and change. Losing customer base rapidly. Largest hospital has informed them that they will not be renewing certain services contracts. State of MN forced them out due to unprofessional tactics towards patients in the ER.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nothing profound. Top executives contradicting each other about basic company policies. Apparently these are the one who sucked their way up the corporate ladder.
