Interview
It starts with an initial interview, then goes on with multiple steps. It's very tiresome to have multiple steps in the interview process especially if you're in a panel interview.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at R.R. Donnelley
Interview
Phone, then online Teams meeting with two team members. Both interviewers had problems with their tech which impacted the interview significantly. One dropped off the interview for over 5 mins (closer to 10), the other had very poor connectivity and it was difficult to understand what they were asking because of choppy audio. One of them opened a question with a snarky observation about my varied experience. I think they meant because I am gen x age, I have had a variety of jobs within the industry. Maybe don’t get your hopes up applying for a tech-based position here if you are over 40 or if you entered as a tradesperson.
