      Customer Success Manager Interview

      Mar 20, 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Qventus

      Interview

The process was relatively standard, but there was pretty poor communication from the recruiter. Generally not very professional. The recruiter was not the best at communicating, and would often cold call me without regard for my preferred method of communication. There was a big gap between contact at times, which made me question if they had their stuff together.

      Question 1

The interview process and the people I interacted with did not impress me. The interview format was pretty standard. They did have a data analysis portion, however.

      Customer Success Manager Interview

      Jul 29, 2021
      Anonymous employee
      Chicago, IL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Qventus (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2021

      Interview

I was contacted by an internal recruiter (Dee) and sent over my resume. We had an initial screening call to talk about my experience and detail the CSM role they were looking to fill. Dee and I had a great conversation and I was told I would be moving on to interview with the hiring manager. I had a competing offer and asked whether the process could be expedited. Qventus was accommodating and Dee let me know that the entire process from initial contact to offer letter would fit my timeline. After providing my availability, the hiring manager interview was scheduled two days after first contact. After getting the green light from the hiring manager, I had three more rounds of interviews over two days, which were also scheduled immediately by the recruiter. After the final interview, I received an offer on the same day. True to word, my entire process from contact to offer took a total of five work days. The recruiter was very responsive over email, and was mindful to confirm my comfortability about using other communication channels (phone and text). When an urgent scheduling conflict arose, she reached out on all channels to make sure I was aware and to immediately reschedule. Throughout my interviews, I found that every interviewer was engaged, asked meaningful questions that allowed me to appropriately highlight relevant experience, and provided thoughtful responses to my questions about culture, career advancement, and company vision. The most important things I was looking for were a mission I believed in, leadership that I trusted, and a team that I would love working with. I wholly believe I found this at Qventus, and that many other mission-driven people will as well.

      Customer Success Manager Interview

      Jul 8, 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Qventus (New York, NY) in Jun 2021

      Interview

I applied online and was quickly offered a 1st round, HR screening interview. I chose my interview slot and on the day of the interview the interviewer told me she had to reschedule. I chose another time slot and finally met with the first interviewer about 1 week later. After the 1st round interview, I was offered an interview with the hiring manager and picked my time slot for the 2nd round interview. On the day of the second interview, the hiring manager asked to reschedule and I finally met with her about a week later. My 2nd round interview was scheduled for 1 hour, however about 25 minutes into the interview the interviewer told me she had another meeting in 5 minutes and would have to end the call at that point (she did not mention this conflict at the beginning of the call). Whether or not I was a fit for the role, I felt it was unprofessional for the interviewer to end the call early in that manner. I would have much preferred a direct statement that she felt I wasn’t a fit.
