The process of the interview was the next: 1. Phone call with the recruiter 2. Zoom call with the hiring manager 3. Take home technical assessment (full-stack app) 4. Meeting with the team (hiring manager, PM, and engineer) to discuss the assessment and answer questions 5. Algorithms interview with a senior engineer 6. Web-coding interview with the hiring manager 7. Leadership interview with the CTO 8. System design interview with EM I would say I enjoyed all the chats, questions, and problems given to solve to showcase my skills. I always had my chance and time to ask questions. However, once we finished the interview process and I asked for a final feedback, the recruiter told me to wait 2-3 weeks as they not ready to proceed with an offer and want to evaluate other candidates before returning back with feedback. After 3 weeks of waiting I sent a follow-up message to the recruiter. No response. Follow-up message to the hiring manager also left without response. Then recruiter replied back saying that they selected another candidate. Overall it took me a month to get a feedback. I understand that I could have done better (especially at algorithms and system design interviews), but you are not FAANG company to make people go through 7 rounds of interview and a take home assessment just to leave candidates in the dark for a month without any feedback and ignore their messages.
