Quinyx Implementation Project Manager interview questions

The process involved five rounds of interviews, including a presentation to a panel in the final round. However, two weeks later, I received a generic rejection email with no feedback provided. The lack of transparency throughout the process was disappointing. It felt as though the leaders were unclear about their own requirements, appearing disorganized and uninterested during the interviews—almost as if they were being forced to conduct them. After investing time and effort into five rounds of interviews, not receiving any constructive feedback is not only unprofessional but also unfair. This experience reflects poorly on the organization’s hiring practices.
