Quincus Lead Ruby On Rails Developer interview questions

Poor leadership and unprofessional management. They ghosted me twice. Both times they didn't even bother to inform me that the interview was cancelled. In the first round their engineer didn't show up, I thought I was ghosted, then the next day recruiter called me and rescheduled it. I cleared the first round. Now the second and final round was scheduled with the director of engineering. I tried joining the call but the meeting link was returning 404. So I called the recruiter and they told me they had to reschedule and will call me later in the evening. They didn't call. I asked them politely to inform me in advance if they needed to reschedule. I was ghosted.
