Great, very professional. The interviewer really sat down to understand your needs and pain points in order to understand your schedule and future plans. The interview was short but very helpful as they provided insights of the jobs and how to overcome certain challenges
very easy interview and great place to work, interview was just to see if you fit the vibes and culture of the shop. Overall it was an easy experience and they offered me the job on the spot so that was nice

Group setting with 3-4 people, basic open ended questions, respected honesty over cookie cutter answers. at least 2 interviews with the second being an individual interview. you then fill out the paperwork as a group at the main office and train for a few days throughout each department (floor, greeter, cashier, stock)
