The interview process was multiple steps. Since they are a small company they wanted to make sure I fit in with the team. Interviews were as follows: 1. Phone screening 2. Technical interview with the lead developer 3. Technical interview with two of the dev team members 4. Interview with one of the founders to talk about more abstract, philosophical ideas and what justice means to me 5. Interview with product team and other founder about the company and what I skills I would bring to the company
