very simple and straight forward. was asked simple questions about who i am and my background. Also asked about my favorite hobbies and my education and my favorite cartoons and what meals i eat
The interview process was easy. after filing out the application, took about 2 weeks to be contacted by recruiter. Recruiter scheduled an zoom panel interview. Questions were basic interview and skills knowledge, then contacted a few days to a week later with job offer.
In office interview. Asked about experience, which needles I've used, and if I have experience with pediatric patients. Asked how I would handle difficult patients. Then did a mock blood draw.
