Very easy. You can basically get hired as long as your over the age of 18 & appear to have good personal hygiene. other than that there are really no other requirements. Tattoos and piercings unless they are on your face. No experience needed. you must be at least 18 years old in order to serve alcohol unless your applying for a hostess position then you have to be 16
