I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Qualus (Louisville, KY) in Mar 2026
Interview
Reached out initially a month and a half prior to reaching out again to set up an initial phone interview, did the phone interview everything went great, was told that I was amazing, had everything that they were wanting and wanted me immediately to interview with the hiring manager. Set up an interview for one week later with three people internally, rearrange things to accommodate their schedule then she canceled two days later and said they were gonna fill the job internally instead now. Very poor experience.
Strung along by HR for 2 and a half months with assurance that a job offer was on the way after the interview. Followed up several times and had positive interactions, then got completely ghosted. It is completely understandable to not end up wanting to hire, but totally unprofessional to not even have the courtesy to send an email and just ghost an applicant. I now have several years in the industry and would never recommend this company to a new engineer.
