Met with recruiter on phone interview. Passed on to Hiring Manager for second interview. The communication was not great internally because the HM was angry I was not currently living in Chicago, although I was willing to relocate.

Interview
There will be around five interviews (recruiting screening included) to evaluate soft skills, cultural fit, and a case. The process is very transparent about how many interviews you are getting.
