After interviewing over the phone with two different people I came in for an on-site interview with three different people.
You are brought into one of their meeting rooms which are all glass to wait for someone to come interview you. It took almost a half hour for someone to come interview me after I was in the meeting room. This interview went okay although it seemed like the interviewer was extremely disengaged and looking at different people out in the office while I was talking to him.
The second person I interviewed with was recently hired at Qualtrics. It was refreshing to hear about their interview experience and how the culture is around the office. During this interview I was able to talk a lot about my experience and what kind of role I would take at Qualtrics. The interviewer was very engaged in our conversation and helped me to get a good feel for how my experience would play into the job I was interviewing for.
The third interviewer wasn't even a part of the marketing department. He was over customer service. During the interview I was asked about my college GPA and then asked for my ACT score. Although I took the ACT over a decade ago, he was more interested in that score than my college GPA. He then went on to ask a series of questions that had nothing to do with the job or Qualtrics. I was told that this would tell him if I was a good culture fit. It felt like he was trying to trap me in my responses. I thought he was extremely prideful about his job and was trying to make me feel like I wasn't worthy to work at a company like Qualtrics. Fortunately, I didn't receive and offer and took a job elsewhere. Wouldn't want to deal with ego's like that on a daily basis.
