You apply online and then you will have an in-person interview, either at a job fair or at an arranged meet-up. You are applying to the company, not to an individual school. If they decide to hire you, you will be given a chance to state your preferences of location. They will get back to you with a specific offer which you can accept or decline. If you decline, you might get another location, but you also might be out of luck, so think about it. You can apply to transfer to other locations after you have been at a school for two years.
