Interview
1. RRHH interview: the recruiter ask about yourself
2. Backend team interview: The Backend team will do a technical test and IQ test
3. Engineer lead interview: The engineer lead will ask about your experience and skills
It took three steps/phases. One technical interview and two interviews with senior executives. Interviews were about 30 minutes long. The interviews with the seniors were in english (important). In general, the process is doable and it did not take too much (a couple of weeks, maybe)
