I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Qorvo (Greensboro, NC) in Jan 2025
Interview
There were two interviews. First, a one-hour phone interview with the manager. Next, an on-site interview with five people who asked me questions about device physics, passive RF network design, and PA and LNA design.
Interview had standard technical questions, but they were varied across multiple categories/topics, so it required luck when preparing. It was super frustrating and demoralizing when finished - they also failed to give me feedback, which was rude.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Qorvo (Munich, Bavaria) in Jan 2021
Interview
The start of the process was fast. There was one interview with a Manager for about 30 min. Then there was a second technical interview after a couple of weeks. This interview was 3 hours long with three different persons. One was HR and the other two were technical. They were also good. The worst part is the response time after the interview is long and no communication is provided.
I Hope they will improve the communication. No response via email, no updates for months.
