Interview
The interview process was clear and my contact followed up fast. Expectations about who I was going to talk to were shared before the interview - being able to prepare. The time window of the last interview to the actual offer happened within a few days, which I found very positive.

In dept about the role, expectations, growth prospective, how to act in specific situations / examples, success stories of previous roles etc. An extensive interview process while a lot of topics were covered.
