Interview
The interview process consisted of 3 phases.
1st Phase: This was an online Webex interview with a team of six interviewers. They had extensive experience and knowledge in the field and asked a series of technical questions related to the role and LNG operations.
2nd Phase: This was a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and his team. This phase also involved technical and scenario-based questions.
3rd Phase: The final HR phase was divided into two sections. The first section consisted of HR-related questions, and the second was the main job offer discussion.

Nice, proper & welcoming face to face interview was in Istanbul in Sept 2023. 2 ladies engineer was not qualified for this position. 2 men was offered for the job.

Applied through a recruitmentagency, then got shortlisted and requested to update my details. After few weeks the HR called to schedule for online interview. Was interviewed by 5 panels. Straight forward to technical questions.
