Interview
Aside of asking you the question verbally, the panel also allowed us some time to think of an answer and handed us a paper with questions on top with the reminder of using STAR answer method. It was a very pleasant and friendly interview.

There were 3 behavioural questions and 1 motivational question, including why you applied for this role, what do you do if you encounter a situation/enquiry that you don't know the enswer for, and how you interact or solve an issue with a stressed client.
