Have a C test and a logic test (paper/pen based).
Interview with the hiring manager and a engineer of the recruiting team.
- 2nd round @ HQ
An engineer ask algorithm questions.
HR introduce company salary, annual leave

You have to write two test first (intelligence test is important ！but a little difficult.) Interviewer is kind and tell me about work content. Then the coding interview is easy level. Time of interview is long.
There are two test skill test and logic test. Skill test are various depends on which department you applied.
If you pass stage 1, RD lead will be the next one you meet, just check your work experience and talk discuss what will be done about this job. After that onsite coding test will check the skill you use to solve issue. Final stage will discuss salary with HR
