There is a phone screening process to help get to know the candidate a little better. Very standard practice. Then, you would have a logic interview over skype, and lastly, an on-site at QGenda in Atlanta where more logic questions and personality questions are asked. You are able to envision your role in the company at this point as well.

The first step was an online assessment. I then was called for a phone interview and after a video interview. The phone interview was basic tell me about yourself questions, and the video interview consisted of answering two logic questions. Finally was an on site interview, which consisted of five more logic problems, and a couple personal questions about education and experience. During the entire process, qgenda was excellent with communication. I felt I did well on every step of the way. However I never heard back from qgenda after the final interview, even after sending two separate follow up emails. I was disappointed since the communication had been so well up to that point.
