Very long process, did not get back to me for a very long time and had to reach back out to them. Interviews were pretty straight to the point. Had multiple calls with the recruiter with updates over a couple of months

What was a problem you had and what was the outcome?
i applied online and a recruiter reached out to me initially to set up a screening call with general questions about yourself, the role and company. afterwards I had the 2nd round with the actual hiring manager for the position (also behavioural). final round was 2 back to back panel interviews.

Good communication, very informative, helpful in position and felt like they actually wanted me to come to the job instead of making me feel like it was going to be an up hill battle
