It took them months to get everything together for a hire. I had multiple face to face interviews and it seemed that no one was communicating with each other. (That should've been my first red flag).

The interview included psychological, suicide, and substance tests as well as a biopsychosocial. As an intern, I was expected to learn a lot quickly. I was trained and given the position right away. I was also asked to learn ASAM.
