Basically there are three rounds 1. Aptitude test 2. Technical interview 3. HOD interview Aptitude tests measures your logical reasoning skills and mental ability.Aptitude tests will examine your numeracy, logic and problem-solving skills, as well as how you deal with work situations. They are a proven method to assess employability skills.

Interview
Second class organisation need candidates with overall first class. This is the biggest irony of all time. Got call from so called HR for interview then cancelled because decision maker was busy. Then after few months again got call for interview and interview happened but second round never happened . COO of non technical background had promised to have second round. The guy claimed that he look after gulf business but from the market any body can gather the information that they dint have any office rather than rented place in thane. this means they don't have guts to say that you was not good or not selected.

He cant able to understand how my previous organization was working and why they are not putting some clauses in proposal or not giving me incentives etc. Nothing related to role or JD.

Interview
I applied for GET post in electrical engineering. Initially the took our CV and told us to fill up the company form. After that they took Aptitute Test of Average level and called selected candidates for interview.
