It was straightforward interview with an associate on the team, not too technical. They asked a mixture of business intuition questions as well as why Putnam, why Investing, walk me through your resume type questions.

Interview
Showed up to the interview in which I started off with a online test for both critical thinking and vocabulary. Then sat in with someone in the area and listened to calls. At the end two people interviewed me, asking general interview questions. I am currently still waiting on hearing back from them so I'm not sure if I got the job or not. Overall though, very reasonable interview both question wise and testing wise.
