(1) HR arrange the interview with the user....passed ------ (2) Interview with the Head of Dept..passed----(3) Interview with HR regarding the salary and benefit.
The interview is the challenging one-as you have to make sure you have the knowledge, technical skills and experience required. This stage is essential.The next stages will be based on the first stage of interview. The next stage is usually to confirmed whether you agree with the term and condition or employment benefits offered

How can your skills and experiences contribute to what the organization's current program/activities?
Interview process was quite fast as they were in need for new team to join. It was only 2 interviews including with the HR team. I was even asked to join in less than 30 days where normal practice is 1 month notice.

Interview
They had a vacancy announced in major national newspaper (Kompas). I applied and they asked me to come to be interviewed by peers. They inquired more about my experience & academic qualification. After the interview, they just said "wait from us".
A week later, the company invited me for another interview by the director. He tested my problem solving skills on teacher training program.
A week later, the HR invited me for another interview to negotiate the salary, my motivation, & the reasons why I left.
A week later, the HR invited me for contract signing.
