Putera Sampoerna Foundation interview questions

Interview process was quite fast as they were in need for new team to join. It was only 2 interviews including with the HR team. I was even asked to join in less than 30 days where normal practice is 1 month notice.

They had a vacancy announced in major national newspaper (Kompas). I applied and they asked me to come to be interviewed by peers. They inquired more about my experience & academic qualification. After the interview, they just said "wait from us". A week later, the company invited me for another interview by the director. He tested my problem solving skills on teacher training program. A week later, the HR invited me for another interview to negotiate the salary, my motivation, & the reasons why I left. A week later, the HR invited me for contract signing.
