Purple Squirrel interview questions

Purple Squirrel utilizes their own platform for the interview. First, I booked a session with the CEO and had a 30 minute phone call. During that time we talked about my previous experience and what I would like to do with my career. We then talked about Purple Squirrel's mission and how it could align with my aspirations. That was followed up by an invitation to come meet the team. After that, I received my offer.

Standard phone screen with the questions about my background and a bit of talking about the position. The interviewer said I did well, so we arranged the next interview - a programming exercise. At the day of the interview nobody emailed/called. The interviewer doesn't respond on the messages on the website. Very poor experience with the company who claims to fix the hiring process.
