The process involved a phone screening prior to being invited for a working interview. I received the phone call late at night and was then asked a number of unprofessional (and perhaps illegal as they were intended to be used to discriminate) questions. When the discussion of salary came up, rather than engaging in a professional discussion, it was rudely dismissed.
