I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Punter Southall Group in Apr 2022
Interview
The whole process was online and although pain-free, they took forever to let you know if you are going ahead or hadn't passed. I had to chase some of my interviewers on LinkedIn to get an answer about my process
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Punter Southall Group (London, England) in Mar 2015
Interview
Invite for a first interview with one individual. Second interview was with two members of the team. The whole process ran smoothly. I received feedback almost immediately. The offer process was also very straightforward.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Punter Southall Group (Guildford, England) in Nov 2018
Interview
I applied online and weeks later, recieved a phone call to organise my first interview. The interview took place a week later, in head office of PS Aspire in Guildford.
After arriving in Guildford, I did a panel interview with the line manager, COO, and HR. The first part of the interview was me walking them through my CV and experience, followed by a round of questioning by them. They had set questions and a rubric by which to mark responses, most of which were very practical, typical questions (ie: what is your greatest achievement, how do you react under pressure/ to criticism, etc). All three interviewers were very nice and made me feel comfortable, although the COO interviewing for graduate positions was a bit intimidating. The next part was the interviewers giving me more information about the role and answering my questions.
The travel to the office was expended, and I was told I would receive feedback and outcome of the interview within two weeks. The second round of interviews would be the week after.
Overall, positive experience and really wished I had been able to work with the company.
