      I applied online. I interviewed at PulteGroup (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2021

      Interview

      Extremely informative and overall very friendly. Started with an email screening in response to my application asking if I was familiar with Pulte Group, why I was interested, how I handle stress, how I exhibit customer service, etc. That was followed by a phone screening. That was followed by 3 30-min skype interviews (sounds like those would typically be in person but, covid). I was sent links to youtube videos before the skype interviews with great information about the company, the ethics and standards, in depth descriptions of both job roles and pay structure, etc. also sent a one-pager with information on who I would be interviewing with over skype. That was followed by a day-in-the-life interview phase, I spent a half a day on site with a Field Manager and with a Customer Care Manager to get an in depth idea of what exactly I would be doing on the job. Friendly experience overall, such a great company
