Timely interview for the management to get a sense of who you are. It felt like the point was to see if you are going to fit in well with the people you are going to be working with. The interview felt like it was very focused on how I spoke and interacted with the interviewer. It was pretty straight forward process and the interviewer was very nice.
Easy, straight forward. Simple sit down with a hiring manager to go over experience and why you want to work there. Typically scheduled during dead hours so they're able to give you their full attention

I had 2 interviews. Your application goes through a database and multiple locations can contact you. The questions they ask are pretty basic surrounding your experience, what you want from the job, and why it would be a good fit.
