Will ask you basic questions and if they feel that you are friendly and can handle customers politely, they will hire you.
Took weeks to get a job interview then drug test on the spot. After a week, they will get the result and will call you back for a job offer.
Get asked about yourself, your goals, how you approach providing premiere customer service. They also ask what you availability is like. I thought it would be more nerve racking than it was.

Very short and Easy process. Talked with the store manager for around 30 minuets in total for the interview. Several position was offered, however pay was not negotiated during the process.
