Interview
There were two interviews . Interviews were not very formal, casual friendly conversation in which they learn about you and tell you a lot about Publix, their goals as a company and you basically described how you can contribute to that. Each interview last about an hour and seems to be focused determining aspects of applicants personality.

Get asked about yourself, your goals, how you approach providing premiere customer service. They also ask what you availability is like. I thought it would be more nerve racking than it was.

Very short and Easy process. Talked with the store manager for around 30 minuets in total for the interview. Several position was offered, however pay was not negotiated during the process.
