Initial HR call 30 mins General talk about tech and behavioural Technical call 45 minutes: Interviewer asked lots of canned questions, there was no true discussion, I expect he was reading off a list as when I pushed for more detail he couldn't expand. Face to face interview onsite 2 hours (did not get this far) I completed the first two calls then heard nothing from publicis. I tried to chase to find out what had happened but people I had talked to previously ignored my emails. Absolute waste of time, if this is how they treat candidates I would be very wary of working for them.
