I have appeared 2 times for the hiring process. The second time I was reluctant to even go through the process but somehow was convinced by the recruiter. The first instance I was given a take home assignment and technical interview was very unprofessional and rude where the interviewer was not interested in the submitted code or my resume/experience. He asked some random question and said it doesn't look like you have written the code. The second instance they gave an IDE which has a steep learning curve. And later they took an interview for an hour in which they expectation is to be an expert in all the fields of technology starting from Infra, cloud , programming language and principles, frameworks. I wonder if they ever select anyone

The recruiter at this company is horrible. Talking a lot non-stop and asked for salary expectation which normally I tried to avoid because I would like to know whether it's a fit or not. However, the recruiter kept pushing and after hearing my range I get to know that range this company is looking much lower range. The recruiter then told me that I will match and that's my job. I asked about the interview stages and been scheduled for a quiz session which this company has the first round. I was waited for the call but didn't receive any call so, I email the recruiter. I got a response that she had some other meeting which is fine, but it's a professional responsibility that to say the candidate whether to move forward or not. After a couple of follow up emails from my end, I didn't get any response. In my recent interview experience, I observe this recruiter from the company doesn't have professionalism which is putting bad reputation for the company.
