I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient (Houston, TX) in Sep 2016
Interview
Initial HR interview - They ask mostly what is expected. Explain last job, why are you leaving, what type of job are you looking for, current/past clearance info, salary requirements. Very short, just to get the basics. HR person was pleasant, but seemed not to have a lot of knowledge of the position. Provided basic next steps, but gave no insight whether interview went well or not. I asked some questions, but got mostly generic answers.
Recruiter reached out to me and encouraged me to apply. After I applied, was invited for a phone screen. Filled out my availability from the link that was sent to me. Never heard from my recruiter again, even after a follow up.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Publicis Sapient in Dec 2020
Interview
Started with a recruiter “in house” contacting me. Went through some interviews on the phone. Last interview was in person. The in person interview took about two hours. You will answer culture questions and they’ll see how you fit in their company.

Interview
I had 4 rounds of interviews - one behavioral, one data, one Product Management, and a final round day. The data one was the most difficult for me. I'd suggest reading up a bit about excel for that interveiw.

Question 1
I think instead of asking a lot of questions, they want to see you work in a simulated environment.
