Interview
Interviews are always held as a panel of three and there is an endeavour to mix the panel gender wise and have someone neutral, ie an HR rep on the panel. Questions are shared around the panel and opportunity is given to ask your own or ask for repeat to get a better understanding. A very fair and open process.
