Interview
The interview process is very simple. If you pass the assessment test and get the required licenses, you will be hired. Almost everyone is a college graduate. If you are intelligent and study hard, you can pass the test for the licensing exams. it talks about three months to get all the licenses and you also have to earned at least 5k in GDR before you are hired.

Nothing challenging. They mostly talk about the job potential.
Online interview, asked mostly personal questions and about experiences in financial field. Interviewers were very nice would recommend. Come prepared to answer some questions regarding organization and other skills as well.

Interview
There were three rounds of interviews, the first with a manager, followed by a group Zoom call, and finished with another one-on-one with a manager. It was not hard, they asked basic questions. They care more about personality and work ethic than prior work experience.

Asked what personal characteristics are important to me.
Pretty standard interview process. Went thru 3 rounds of interviews; explaining the day-to-day role, getting to know me and my professional goals, and final interview with a compensation plan.
Prior to the interview - there was an online webinar that explained the opportunity. This helps narrow down candidates who were more interested in the salary than the actual job duties.
