I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Prudential (Mountain View, CA) in Mar 2017
Interview
I had a phone screen with the recruiter who asked me things that didn't really have to do with my job at all. Then I had 3 phone interviews (they do onsite if you're close, but I lived far away at the time). One of the phone interviews required coding. One was technical non-coding questions. One was behavioral. If you get the job offer you have to go through a background check and take a drug test.
The first step consisted of HireVue behavioral questions. The next step was a HireVue coding assessment with some video questions about your approach to the problem and your general coding experience.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Prudential (Mountain View, CA) in Dec 2017
Interview
First, phone Interview with a recruiter asking about my background. Then a phone Interview with the lead also asking about my background and some behavioral questions. Finally Onsite Technical.
I applied online. I interviewed at Prudential (Newark, NJ) in May 2017
Interview
The interview process is multi tiered, a total of 3 interviews, one with a recruiter, then with the director and then the director and two managers. Very simply questions, personality based. Post communication is somewhat lacking.
