I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Prudential (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2013
Interview
it was boring and difficult. nobody asked anything interesting nor mind boggling it was very simple and not difficult. extremly sipmle. too simple. nmo. i would lke to answer tquestions regarding my skillset and wht i can bring to the company but that ws not the case. It was more of a personal characer based survey not dealing with any of my talents or skills. It was very off handing
I applied online. I interviewed at Prudential (Newark, NJ)
Interview
3 rounds with no weird situational questions and nice conversation, overall the process went fairly quickly and I had an offer within a couple weeks. I liked that there wasn't any fluff, it was all real conversation.
The interview process was efficient and interactive, reflecting an open-minded culture. Over three virtual rounds conducted across three weeks, each discussion felt structured, transparent, and focused on genuine alignment rather than formality
It was pretty easy. Basically 4 interviews and the last few there were multiple people. Also they might ask you technical questions but mostly anode of a vibe check. It’s not that hard
