      Interview

There is a short phone interview about yourself and your education before a sit down interview. If your sit down interview goes well, they offer a second sit down interview. Interview questions are easy.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Provident Funding (Austin, TX) in Nov 2013

      Interview

The interview process was very straightforward . I applied through my college's career site and was contacted my a manager for a very brief phone interview. He just asked the basic "tell me about yourself " type questions. I few days later I went into the office for an in person interview. It lasted about 30 minutes and we just went over your standard behavioral questions, most of which people have already posted about. A week later I went back for one final brief interview, and received a phone call a few days later offering me the job?
