Immediately following my application, I was sent an email invitation to do a self-paced video interview with Providence. Recording yourself is super awkward. It's no substitute for a traditional interview.

Introduce yourself. Why are you interested in this job? Have you worked for Providence? Why are you looking to change jobs? Do you have any billing/collections experience? Have you worked in an office setting with specific performance expectations? What are your salary expectations?

Interview
I had a video Interview followed that take about 1 hour to completed. There were 13 questions for video interview. I got an email for an In person interview week later. The in person interview was with 1 manager, 1 supervisor and a lead.
