The overall process was smooth. A recruiter reached out to me and had a brief interview. Afterward he stayed in touch with me and touched base both before and after the next two scheduled interviews. The first interview was with a panel of about 3 individuals (management from three parts of the state). Second interview was overall clinical director of the state. It was over a period of about 5-6 weeks due to some vacation time.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Prospero Health
Interview
Interview was disorganized, haphazard planning. Interviewer spent more time berating candidate than actually asking employment history. Interviewers were berating and insulting toward interviewed participant. upper management should take a closer look at their directors and managers. Avoid this will turn into a hostile micromanaging disorganized work environment. Red flags noted . Seek weaknesses as opposed to strengths.
