Misleading, and ineffective. I asked for feedback after the phone interview twice, and they told me they won't be able to let me know since it is their team policy to not disclose feedback.
Sounds bias and discriminating.

I found the interview process at Prosper to be incredibly thoughtful, efficient and pleasant. The team members that I met with were engaging, informed and prepared, while still being a delight to speak with. I first had a phone interview with the hiring manager, then came in for a three hour interview. The hiring manager was careful to set clear expectations and follow through appropriately.
