Proper (Denmark) interview questions

Clear communication at first, multiple interviews, but non-transparent process, eventually ghosted by employer just for them to tell me they will re-structure the department (job vacancy remained active online for months after). Others had the same experience. No room for salary negotiation, very low salary.
