Interview
60 minute pair programming interview with a lead developer. Mock project, choice of language/tech. Opportunity to ask questions and bounce ideas. Very pleasant experience overall, though perhaps less "pair programming" and more "interview" on the balance.

Question 1
No set format or pre-defined list of questions. More of an open conversation.
They will send you a link to fill out an application form and request for a max 5 min video with your mock up sales pitch, which you then spend hours to prepare.
After submission, you had to follow up with an email just to hear from them. The founder will send you a one liner rejection email that goes like "We reviewed your application, and it's not a great fit for Pulley at this time.", without reason or explanation. At least have the decency to thank the applicant for their effort in the application.
