Project Support Services interview questions

Honestly, I never met a firm in my life that treats people they interview so poorly. Let's start off the day of the interview. I was on time, but had to wait more than 1 hour to have an interview. Then it was 2 hours when I could meet with the people who actually make decisions. They only stayed for 15-20 minutes. I kept hearing language about how we value our employees nd will do anything for them. That was a total farse. After my interview I followed up and I was told I would hear a response within a week that was over a month a go. Now they are too busy to make a decision. Based on my experience and I have worked for a lot of firms this has been the most unprofessional recruitment process of them all. I think its all smoke and mirrors, but who am I. I recommend nobody ever works for this firm.
